The 2008 Pacific Year of the Reef (PYOR08) campaign was developed by SPREP in support of the decision by the International Coral Reef Initiative (ICRI), to declare 2008 the International Year of the Reef (IYOR), and endorsed by the 19th SPREP Meeting.
