Description
The ISLANDS programme was developed in response to challenges facing SIDS at the global level across the Caribbean, Indian Ocean and Pacific regions. The programme is based on four components common to all Regions (addressing stockpiles and future management of chemicals, innovation in treatment and disposal, and knowledge management).
