Review and Update the Action Strategy for Nature Conservation and Protected Areas in the Pacific Region

SPREP would like to call for tenders from qualified and experienced consultants who can offer their services to produce key outputs in 2.2.  Note:  Outputs 1, 2 and 3 should be completed and submitted to SPREP by 15th November, 2013.  Output 4 should be completed at least six weeks following the end of the 9th Pacific Islands Conference on Nature Conservation and Protected Areas.  All final deliverables to be produced by 14th February 2014.  Details of scope of work and deliverables are in the attached Terms of Reference in Annex 1.

State of Conservation in Oceania (SOCO) Assessment

Expression of Interest For Financial Management Information System

The Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) invites responses from suitably qualified parties for the supply and implementation of a Financial Management Information System (FMIS) to support its financial management function.

SPREP is based in Apia, Samoa. Some of the implementation services will be required to be delivered on-site.

All responses will be evaluated based on the following broad criteria:

• —High level functionality;
• Product information including implementation base and product development path;
• Vendor capability to deliver and support the solution;— 
• Technical configuration/fit with SPREP’s architecture; and— 
• Cost of solution.              

All responses must be submitted in electronic format via email in MS Word and/or MS Excel and be no larger than 5 MB.

All clarification questions must be received by email no later than 5:00 pm, 24 May 2013.

Printing of 2012 SPREP Annual Report

SPREP would like to call for tenders from qualified and experienced printing companies who can offer to provide printing services for both versions of the 2012 SPREP Annual Report – English and French. The English version will be printed at 1,000 or 1,200 copies. The French version will have a print run of 200.

Development of New Country Profiles and Revision of existing Country Profiles for Pacific Climate Change Portal

SPREP Internet Services Tender

Graphic Design of 2012 SPREP Annual Report

SPREP would like to call for tenders from qualified and experienced graphic designers who can offer their services to graphically design and lay out the 2012 SPREP Annual Report. The annual report for 2012 will encompass the core of SPREP’s role in the Pacific region, as well as taking into account the 2012 Clean Pacific Campaign theme. All edited content and images will be provided by SPREP. The work is to be completed within a period of three weeks, and the successful applicant will be required to work with the French language translator to refine the translated document and prepare that for print. The document is typically no more than 50 pages, with an average of 14,500 words.

The due date for tenders is 5pm, 22 March 2013 (Samoa Time).
