The Pacific Climate Change Centre (PCCC) and the Overseas Environmental Cooperation Center (OECC), Japan will be hosting a side event at the COP26 Japan Pavilion titled, “Strengthened Resilience to Climate Change in the Pacific - From Capacity Building to Climate Investment”.
