Cir#25/76: INVITATION TO ATTEND THE 18TH CONFERENCE OF THE PARTIES TO THE NOUMEA CONVENTION AS AN OBSERVER

The 18th Conference of the Parties to the Noumea Convention will convene on 5 September 2025 at the Sheraton Aggie Grey’s Hotel & Bungalows in Apia, Samoa. This follows immediately after the 32nd SPREP Officials Meeting from the 1-4 September 2025.
