In response to Circular 23/91 of 25th October 2023 (Att. 1) which proposed that a Working Group
Meeting be convened on Tuesday, 14 November 2023 at 1pm – 3pm (Samoa date and time), only
four Members – Australia, New Zealand, Tokelau and the United Kingdom - were able to meet. The
four Members agreed that it was important to have more representation from the Pacific Island
Members at the Meeting, therefore agreed to postpone the Meeting to early 2024.
The next Virtual Meeting of the Members Working Group take place on Wednesday, 24
January 2024 at 1pm – 3pm (Samoa date and time.
