Cir#26/44: Nature for Health (N4H) Initiative – Commencement of Scoping Phase for the Pacific Region.

We would like to inform Members that SPREP has been selected by the Nature for Health (N4H) Steering Committee to participate in Phase II of the initiative. Nature for Health is a global initiative, initially established with seed funding of EUR 50 million from the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV), and administered by the UN Multi-Partner Trust Fund Office. The founding consortium comprises UNEP, WHO, UNDP, WOAH, IUCN, CBD and BMUV, among others.
