In connection with Circular 26/17, I am pleased to invite the Heads of the National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) to attend the Fourth Pacific Ministerial Meeting on Meteorology (PMMM-4) and the Eighth Meeting of the Pacific Meteorological Council (PMC-8), including related pre meetings, to be held from 14–25 September 2026 in Nuku’alofa, Tonga.
