The Project Manager will lead the Mitigation activities of the climate change programme through managing the implementation of the PIGGAREP, promoting low carbon developments and strengthening the capacity of SPREP in Clean Development Mechanisms, and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory and monitoring in accordance with the UNDP Project Document (including the GEF Full Size Project Brief) and UNDP's POPP.
