SPREP will convene a meeting in Suva, Fiji from 25 to 27 November 2025 to: 1. Highlight and share key achievements of the ACP MEA Phase III Project ending in December 2025; and 2. Examine ways of Sustaining the Gains: Beyond the ACP MEA Phase III Project.
It will also take the opportunity to: 1. Talanoa and discuss options for the Pacific Islands Roundtable for Sustainable Development whose establishment was endorsed by the 4th SPREP Executive Board meeting in 2024 to establish the Roundtable; and 2. Conduct a Preparatory Meeting for UNEA-7 that will be convened in Nairobi, Kenya from 8 to 12 December 2025.
