• Provide analysis, advice and technical assistance on MERLA, including capacity building, awareness, and knowledge management to support impact and evidenced-based reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Champion MERLA amongst WRP partners, stakeholders and within SPREP. 

This job exists to:

• Lead the Threatened and Migratory Species (TMS) Team

• Provide strategic, policy, and technical advice to SPREP Members to support their priorities on threatened and migratory species 

• Provide oversight management of large long-term TMS projects implemented by SPREP.

This job exists to:

Provide advice, guidance and support on the Procurement policy, issues and procedures. 

This job exists to:

• Lead the financial and administration functions of the project 

This job exists to: 

• Assist with SPREP work in relation to the NDC Hub and the implementation of NDC country requests from around the region.

• Assist further with the development of the fifth phase of implementation, including financing agreements, workplans, regional training and workshops.

• Lead in the monitoring and reporting requirements for the NDC implementation work.
