• Lead the team and delivery of the EU EDF-11 funded By-Catch and Integrated Ecosystem Management Initiative in Pacific island countries.

• Assist in monitoring the cash flow and financial records for all bank accounts.
• Assist in the management of all project financial and accounting requirements.

Provides support to the PCU including:

• Lead the PCU’s administration, financial and systems functions.
• Provide technical and administrative support to the PCU in coordinating and carrying out oversight of the SPREP climate financing project portfolio.

• Provide strategic, technical, and coordination support to the implementation of the SPREP Strategic Plan 2017 – 2026.

This job exists to:

• Coordinate the Regional Climate Centre (RCC) operations, RCC consortium and related activities.
• Support the Pacific Meteorological Desk Partnership (PMDP) and Pacific Island National Meteorological Services.

This position exists to:

• Provide support and assistance to the IT Team on SPREP-wide applications and databases, IT infrastructure, services, processes, and other technical end user support concentrating on IT capacity building

This job exists to:

• Build, administer and manage the SPREP local and wide area network (LAN/WAN);
• Provide high level technical support for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems portfolio
• Build, deploy and maintain hardware systems in support of SPREP portfolio of Regional ICT tools and applications
• Develop and administer appropriate security solutions to safeguard SPREP ICT infrastructure
