"I am very pleased to introduce the SPREP Annual Report for 2015. As this report demonstrates, 2015 was an action-based year for us. We acknowledge the crew of SPREP and our members and partners as well as the leader at the helm in 2015, our former Director General Mr David Sheppard. He completed his term at the end of 2015, having spent six years navigating our organisation through a change management process," noted Director General of SPREP, Mr Kosi Latu in his Introduction.

"We pay tribute to his hard work and leadership, bringing SPREP into the thriving and robust organisation that it is today. As we embark on a new charted course, we reflect upon the milestones achieved in 2015 which have been made possible with the strong support from members and partners."
