SPREP wishes to call for tenders from qualified firm or consortium of consultants (Firm) who can offer their services to the Government of Republic of Marshall Islands Ministry of Finance (MOF) to assess its capacity and gaps and develop a strategy and plan for accreditation with the Green Climate Fund.
